What Makes Us Different

At Shadow Construction we aim to serve the client to the best of our abilities. We have experience in small residential, large residential, small commercial, and large commercial projects. What sets us apart from many others is our ability to work with the project owner the way that they want to be represented. If your looking for a contractor to take your project from start to finish, we can do that. If you want a project manager that will go out and get bids from other construction companies (including the competition), we do that as well. If your looking to finish your basement but are not quite certain how to do it, let us know and we will assist you and allow you to put sweat equity into your home.

The one thing we always strive for is communication throughout the project. We want you to know what is going on at all times, and we want your input on how you want things to look. ​                                                                        

cOMMUNICATION

Communication is the most important aspect of a healthy project and the #1 priority of Shadow Construction's Management Team. 

Design Process:

Don't have a floor plan? No problem, tell us what you're looking for and we can offer custom design options to fit your needs. We will walk you through the design process of your project and answer all questions that you may have. With ties to our local real estate market, we know the current design trends and what features will bring you best investment later on. 

Budget Process:

Shadow Construction will communicate how the budget will work and how individual decisions will affect the budget.

Construction Process:

From finding a lot to getting you a moving truck, we are with you the whole time. All subcontractor communication will be done through the project manager. Owner's will not need to coordinate subcontractors.

Close Out:

Shadow Construction will communicate the closeout procedure for the final payment, walk through, punch list, and warranties.
